El analista de documentacion prestará apoyo al programa de mantenimiento del site, realizara busqueda de dato de equipos en el field asi como actualizara el sistema de CMMS.
Mantiene de forma proactiva las relaciones con los clientes, garantizando que se alcancen los niveles de servicio previstos.
Realiza busqueda de dato sde equipos como manufacturero, numero de parte y capacidad en el field
Apoya en robustecer los planes de mantenimiento.
Cuando sea necesario, servir de escolta con proveedores de servicios.
Apoyar con recomendaciones operativas, como proyectos de gastos de funcionamiento y mejoras de los procesos.
Interactuar con los clientes externos e internos con un comportamiento positivo y centrado en la satisfacción del cliente.
Interactua con el manufcaturero de los equipos para conseguir informacion esencial de los mismos.
Apoyar activamente un entorno de trabajo en equipo, cooperación, excelencia en el rendimiento y éxito personal.
Apoya cualquier otra tarea solicitada por su supervisor/gerente
