We are searching for an enthusiastic and hands-on Hotel General Manager who will bring high energy, passion, and enthusiasm! Our hotel is a boutique lifestyle brand in the heart of San Juan! We are looking for someone who will lead our team and bring about positive change!
Qualifications Senior Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
College or higher-level education
2+ years of Hotel GM experience in a boutique hotel setting
Must be a strong leader, self-motivator, and team builder
Must have a solid knowledge of F&B, Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Accounting in boutique hotels
Responsibilities Senior Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, using strong leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profits, and ensure quality
Effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest and associate satisfaction
Hire, Train, Develop, Mentor, and Coach a team to excellence with positivity and enthusiasm

Profit Share equivalent to $50k per year or more based on revenue
