El Analista de cobros - Call center desempea un papel crucial en las gestiones internas de cobros, realizando contactos telefnicos con clientes para ofrecer soluciones que satisfagan tanto sus necesidades como los objetivos de la organizacin.

Funciones Esenciales:

  • Recibir llamadas de clientes.
  • Ofrecer posibles soluciones y productos de manera persuasiva, destacando sus beneficios y asegurando que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente.
  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por la empresa, as como las promociones y ofertas vigentes.
  • Llevar a cabo procesos de negociacin efectivos, adaptndose a las necesidades y preocupaciones del cliente, con el objetivo de cerrar ventas exitosas.
  • Realizar todas las gestiones de cobros en cumplimiento con las polticas, procedimientos internos de la institucin y la legislacin aplicable.
  • Mantener registros precisos y detallados de cada interaccin con el cliente, actualizando la informacin en los sistemas de gestin de clientes.
  • Abordar de manera efectiva las objeciones de los clientes, proporcionando informacin adicional y superando posibles barreras para la gestin de cobros.
Requisitos:
  • Mnimo diploma de escuela superior.
  • Experiencia previa en roles de cobranza.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar sbados.
