Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huspedes segn los estndares de la empresa, anticipar y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huspedes, y agradecerles con genuina apreciacin.
Atender a los huspedes en la recepcin brindando el ms alto nivel de servicio posible de manera eficiente, corts y profesional.
Manejar todas las tareas de acuerdo con las polticas, procedimientos, reglas internas y estndares del hotel.
Estar informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar la hoja de eventos diaria, los tablones de anuncios y estar al da con todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.
Tener conocimiento sobre tarifas de habitaciones, paquetes, descuentos y promociones, y saber cmo manejar cada uno.
Seguir todos los procedimientos de manejo de efectivo y bancarios para realizar el check-out de todos los huspedes de manera eficiente.
Realizar el registro de huspedes y la asignacin de habitaciones, y atender las solicitudes especiales de todos los huspedes.
Responder las llamadas telefnicas segn los estndares de etiqueta adecuada
Estar familiarizado con la lista de verificacin diaria de turno de maana, tarde y noche para asegurar operaciones diarias sin problemas.
Balancear las transacciones de auditora nocturna para la informacin del diario de ventas diario.
Conciliar los depsitos de efectivo de la recepcin y los puntos de venta diariamente.
Seguir todas las polticas y procedimientos de la empresa y de seguridad, reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente, y completar la capacitacin y certificaciones de seguridad.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los dems, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes, y escuchar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones de otros empleados.
Realizar otras tareas razonables solicitadas por los supervisores.
