Scope
• The Sales Manager, Housing, is the sales leader at the community level with primary functions that include developing, implementing, and evaluating the community's sales plan and system to meet all sales and occupancy goals. Manage visits/tours for interested prospects and maintain relationships with future residents through consistent and timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all prospects, residents and their families.
• The Sales Manager, Housing, in collaboration and under the guidance of the Director of Sales, Housing, is responsible for promoting and cross selling all KNWM communities and services, when applicable.

Education and Experience Required
• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• Degree in Business Administration with Sales & Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or related, preferred.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Finesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of selling.
• Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust.
• Genuine interest in interacting with older adults and their families.
• Self-motivated, driven, highly innovative and growth-focused attitude.
• Personal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills.

• Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing prospective residents effectively through a variety of sales tactics, including lead nurturing and pipeline management.
• Manage and accurately maintain consumer relationship management database (CRM).
• Develop and manage authentic, meaningful relationships with prospects and families.
• Willingness to learn and successfully implement and execute the KNWM sales process including, but not limited to:
• Generate, qualify, and close leads
• Personalized tours of community
• Implement follow-up system
• Coordinate resident move-ins/move-outs
• In collaboration with our clinical team, schedule assessment for prospective residents to determine appropriate level of care needed.
• Collaborate with operations team to resolve resident challenges and concerns.
• Professional referral development through developing trusted relationships with professionals in the healthcare community.
• Managing events to promote community and drive new prospects.
• Work directly with back-of-house marketing team to ensure accuracy and updates are made to sales collateral.
• Responsible for managing and executing Resident Referral Program and other incentives.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales, Housing, and VP of Sales, Housing, and VP of Operations and Executive Director of Rushseba.
• Provide support and back-up to other Sales Team members, as needed.
