Position Summary
Students in this position keep the Outdoor Program running. Each day and shift for them can look really different. Overall, they are responsible for any and all operations of the program including: administrative tasks, equipment care and maintenance, trip support for student trip leaders and faculty, customer service, renting equipment, maintaining calendars, logistics planning, marketing, social media, running errands for the program, meeting with managers and directors, attending regular staff trainings, coordinating with other offices on campus, and more.
Required Qualifications

Excitement and interest in the Outdoor Program
Attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Vision to see what needs to be done
Ability to ask questions for understanding and clarification
Excellent organization
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and nonverbal
Responsible in nature
Any Required Course Work or Certification Needed for Position:

CPR & First Aid (can be acquired at no cost after hiring)
