Responsibilities

Our Mission Integration team is seeking a seasoned healthcare Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership! As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support for executives. Responsibilities can include the following:

• Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.

• Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.

• Attend meetings, take meeting minutes of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.

• Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.

• Prioritize, receive, and screen visitors and telephone calls.

• Maintain assigned calendar(s).

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• 5+ years experience as a hospital based Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders

• Excellent organizational skills and highly efficient with calendaring

• Outstanding communication skills - writing and verbal

• Meticulous with details & meet or exceed all deadlines
