Availability for weekday and weekend call rotation, every third weekend, and one holiday call
- Provide nursing care in the operating room environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care before, during, and after surgery.- Prepare and maintain operating room for all surgical procedures, ensuring aseptic techniques are upheld.- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery, responding promptly to any changes.- Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and home care instructions.- Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient.- Ensure all necessary surgical instruments and supplies are available and sterilized.- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations regarding patient care and safety.
