Your Role as RN Assisted Living/Memory Care Manager

This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining a high standard of care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Assisted Living/Memory Care department to ensure the delivery of safe, competent services.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
Assessing new and potential residents for appropriate placement.
Managing departmental policies, procedures, and compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and facility regulations.
Planning and managing department budgets, including staffing and supplies.
Supervising, evaluating, and guiding staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Providing on-call support and addressing significant changes in residents conditions.
Building strong relationships with families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Reporting department developments to the Executive Director and implementing action plans.
What You Bring

Current RN license in Ohio .
CPR certification

(long-term care experience preferred).
Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill on-call responsibilities.
