What You'll Do
Identify exposures, benchmark client against industry best practices, then recommend and deploy solutions to clients to prevent losses and strive for regulatory compliance in the areas of safety, health and the environment in partnership with the Risk Control Team
Establish and maintain "subject matter expert" level in an area that supports a National Industry Specialty Practice Group
Take ownership of and maintain risk control service plans for all assigned clients
Provide Safety Training, Facility Audits, and Written Programs to complete service plan items.
Development of proposals and/or capabilities presentations.
Providing risk control services to assigned accounts managing, researching and responding to client questions, coordinating with Marketing and Underwriting, completing all work in a timely manner
Develop Loss Analyses on a periodic basis, understand agency financial metrics, stay connected while traveling, answer client questions in a timely fashion, and assist the AE in the renewal process with Loss Exhibits, Service Plans, and Risk Assessments as requested
Work independently with minimal guidance
Coach and develop industry sector teammates in technical expertise and delivery of service within the industry
Complete Continuing Education goals annually, maintain a professional designation, and network nationally
Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

You Should Have
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of similar or related experience
Ability to effectively use software applications such as MS Office, EPIC, I-Auditor/Safety Culture and Safety Reports

Salary Range $100,000-$125,000 USD
