We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Nurse Specialist to join our team at Health Advocates Network-Nursing. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work with patients in a telemetry setting.
About the Job:
As a Telehealth Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop effective treatment plans
Care for patients with various medical conditions, including cardiovascular disease, respiratory disorders, and neurological impairments
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care
Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
Active RN license in Rhode Island or a compact state
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 2 years of recent experience in telemetry nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $ $160,000 - $180,000 per year , depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
