EMR for your facility: Cerner
Scrub colors / dress code: light gray
Parking Location: onsite, marked staff parking

Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-RI
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
