The pay range is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00.

A team of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Teams in Apparel & Accessories (A&A), Beauty, Home, Baby, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop.
As a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and leading a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning.
Driving total store sales and demonstrating how your team contributes to total store profitability.
Creating a guest-obsessed culture and leading your team to prioritize the guest experience.
Managing a team of team leaders and creating business-specific strategies and goals.
Recruiting, selecting, and managing talent of hourly team members and leaders.
