Leading Managed Service Provider is hiring Desktop and Field Service Support Technitions
Responsible for Epic Implimentaion across various sites
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Work closely with interal employees for windows 10 desktop support needs
Install and configure hardware/software
Work Environment:
Supporting one of the largest hospital networks across Rhode isnad
Will travel to various sites to support Epic Implimentaiton
Experience requirements:
Approximate 1 to 3 years Windows 10 Deskside /Client Networking/General Network Field Support in a corporate environment is required. Lead experience is a bonus but not required.
Must have very good communication skills and presentable professionally
Must be ok with field travel as needed to support client sites for escalations across Rhode Island
Healthcare environment experience is a bonus
Experience a focal POC or has small project lead experience. (Communicating plans/being a primary POC for issues and escalations) Highly Desired
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
