As Administrative Project Manager Intern, you will assist with preparation of project reports and presentations, conduct data analysis and engage with key stakeholders.

We are looking for an *Administrative Project Manager Intern* . This role is a *full-time, internship role and is remote.* The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.

*What*Youll*Do*

+ Assist in the coordination and management of projects

+ Engage with stakeholders

+ Explore current systems and execute to create efficiencies

+ Support cross-functional teams in project tasks and deliverables

+ Maintain project documentation and track project progress

+ Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

+ Conduct data analysis and support data-driven decision-making

+ Help with status reporting

+ Provide administrative support to project teams

+ Stay current on new technologies and best practices

*What You'll Need*

Required

+ Pursuing a bachelors degree

+ Current Junior with 3.5 GPA or higher

+ Comfort level with Microsoft Suite

+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal

+ Ability to interact with cross-functional teams

+ Self-starter

Preferred

+ Microsoft Project experience

+ Background in data analysis, data science, or related fields

+ Pursuing an MIS degree or Business Administration

*Physical Demands*

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
