Responsibilities

Our Mission Integration team is seeking a seasoned healthcare Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership! As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support for executives. Responsibilities can include the following:

Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.
Attend meetings, take meeting minutes of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.
Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
Prioritize, receive, and screen visitors and telephone calls.
Maintain assigned calendar(s).

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

5+ years experience as a hospital based Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders
Excellent organizational skills and highly efficient with calendaring
Outstanding communication skills - writing and verbal
Meticulous with details & meet or exceed all deadlines
