As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will address a wide array of mental health conditions while providing individuals and families with quality behavioral and mental health treatment, including:

Individual and group therapy
Medication management
Intensive outpatient programs

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers.
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management.
Participate in the development of our graduate interns through training experiences.
Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Employ evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Monitor treatment responses and any changes in clinical symptoms or side effects.
Represent the practice at community events and presentations.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications Needed:

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Current and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in Rhode Island.

Preferred Qualifications:

Over 2 years of professional clinical experience post-Master's degree.
Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services.
Proficiency in medical documentation and communication software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Salary Information:
For candidates in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington, D.C., the annual salary range is $58,300 to $114,300 based on various factors including local labor market, education, and experience. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
