As an Admin/Verifier, you are responsible for performing a variety of specialized administrative and office support functions while interacting with company personnel and the public. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

Responsibilities

The primary function of this position will focus on daily verification of field production work via network construction prints and production dailies. Prepare documentation for daily billing. Compile and email updates for cleared work. Compile timesheet data of employees. Will be required to answer incoming phone calls, take written messages and forward calls to the appropriate parties.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the preparation of project tracking spread sheets, preparing as-built maps, scheduling police details. There may also be regular filing and routine cleaning.

Some additional administrative, data entry and warehouse duties may be assigned as necessary.

You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You can work independently on multiple projects at once
You are highly organized
You are proficient with Microsoft office products
You have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
You have experience in both customer-oriented and professional environments

Pay: $18-20hr/DOE
