Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient exams, including cleanings and X-rays, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Oral Hygiene Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
Preventive Services: Perform routine cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments to maintain patients' oral health.
Documentation: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress using our practice management software.
Patient Comfort: Ensure patients are comfortable during their procedures, addressing any concerns and answering questions as needed.

Requirements

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
Licensure: Current RDH licensure in the state of Rhode Island.
Additional Certifications: Local anesthesia certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Experience with practice management software (Dentrix or EagleSoft) is a plus.
