Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - NICU

Job Specialty: RRT-NICU

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Experience: Minimum 2 years with 1 year in RRT-NICU specialty

License: MO or Compact licensure required

Certifications: CPI Blue Card for Behavioral Health; must be completed onsite if not already certified

Must-Have:
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Cerner experience preferred
• 2 references from a charge nurse or above


• NICU Night shift Respiratory Therapist
• Return travelers do not require re-orientation if returning within 18 months
• Locals accepted at varied rates; confirmation needed per specific posting
• Required to work 50% of holidays and weekends during the contract
• Mandatory floating to any area within the organization as a Patient Observer Sitter
• ICU may float to PCU or MS units
• PCU may float to MS or ICU units
• MS may float to MS/Tele units
• Pediatrics may float anywhere as a Patient Observer Sitter
• Post-Partum may float to MS units
• L&D may float within Maternal/Child units
• Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours
• Completion of non-billable modules during orientation and annually, varying by specialty
