Regulatory Compliance Manager

The Regulatory Compliance Manager will oversee the implementation of NERC/CIP compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulations. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and maintain compliance programs, interact with clients and support government counterparts, and manage compliance deadlines and reporting. Additionally, the Regulatory Compliance Manager will conduct audits, provide training, prepare reports and presentations, and stay informed about regulatory requirements.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in power generation industry and NERC/CIP program design
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in NERC/CIP and regional entity compliance
Experience with regional reliability organizations' policies and regulations
Ability to identify and solve complex problems independently
Experience with NERC Compliance studies and evidence for various standards
Willingness to travel 10-20%
Preferred:

Scada application and power plant control operations knowledge
System Operator Certification
Solar and BESS operational experience
