Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); weekdays, some weekends

Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience, 1 year in MS/Tele, and 2 years in Stepdown
License: WV or Compact License - pending license acceptable
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS (via American Heart Association)
Must-Have:
• IV start skills
• Telemetry skills
• Ability to read strips
• Flu Vaccine required (medical exemptions only)


• Typically 1:4 patient ratio; may flex to 1:5 ratio in emergencies
• Limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays
• Travel experience not required
• Scrubs are not provided; burgundy and/or white required
• Utilize Cerner EMR system
• Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours
• Modules completed prior to start
• Blocked schedules considered for weekends only (Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun, Mon)
• A number of patients may transition between Progressive Care or Tele patients based on facility size and acuity

This role requires submission of a complete candidate profile, including a specialty-specific skills checklist and a minimum of two manager or charge references within the past two years. All certifications must be included in the submittal packet. Individuals must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility for submission consideration, with possible exceptions for 75 to 100 miles.
