• Responsible for managing step-down status patients with a 1:3 ratio.
• Collaboration with Certified Nursing Assistants available in this unit.
• Expectation to float between similar units as required.
• Every other weekend work commitment.
• Accommodation for locals accepted; license pending not accepted.
• Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in the last three years required.
• Compliance with a minimum of 1-year related experience requirement.
• Required to work 3 out of the 5 major holidays.
Additional Information:
• This opportunity is within an acute care hospital with 266 total staffed beds.
• Navy blue scrubs required for RNs.
• Use of Epic charting system.
• COVID-19 Vaccine not required; Flu Vaccine status unknown.
• Completion of non-billable orientation hours and modules required.
• Expected to communicate effectively and manage patient care efficiently.
