Must-Have: Experience with vents, titration of pressors, insulin drips, and bedside care within the last 6 months

• Work in a step-down unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4.
• Required to take every other weekend on-call shifts; nights may fall on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
• Must be proficient in titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes.
• Charting experience with EPIC system is a necessity.
• Clinicians must float within the facility based on scope to accommodate needs.
• Orientation comprises 40 hours and is regarded as non-billable.
• Compliance requirements include facial hair standards for fit testing and flu vaccine with exemptions only for medical/religious reasons.
• Candidates should have two supervisory references within the past two years.
• Candidates are expected to complete mandatory modules for compliance before starting, using the WorkRamp platform.
• Return policies dictate a break period for perm employees before rejoining as a traveler.
Note: All candidates must be willing to work within a travel radius as specified.
