Responsibilities:
Change the lives of our patients and their families as a Registered Nurse by providing comprehensive care to those with a variety of complex diagnoses.
Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate effectively with the nursing team, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and their families to create impactful care plans.
Set realistic, measurable short-term and long-term goals for patient care, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations while continuously evaluating outcomes.
Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising tasks to ensure care plans are followed effectively.
Communicate essential patient information to assigned staff and between shifts to maintain continuity of care.
Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification is a requirement.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state laws, and various factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Posted Salary Range: USD $34.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.
