Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families to create effective care plans.
Set realistic and measurable patient goals while implementing interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and ensure continuous evaluation of patient outcomes.
Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.
Delegate responsibilities to nursing staff while supervising their execution to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Facilitate effective communication regarding patient information among staff and during shift changes.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and maintain a valid nursing license from the State Board of Nursing.
CPR Certification is mandatory.
