Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families to create effective care plans.
• Set realistic and measurable patient goals while implementing interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and ensure continuous evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.
• Delegate responsibilities to nursing staff while supervising their execution to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Facilitate effective communication regarding patient information among staff and during shift changes.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and maintain a valid nursing license from the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is mandatory.

Posted Salary Range: USD $34.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.
