Position : Registered Nurse
Location : Kane, PA, 16735
Pay scale :$32.00 per hour
Shift : 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Responsibilities :
Conducting patient assessments, making diagnoses, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
Collaborating with family members, counselors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create holistic patient care strategies.
Integrating traditional nursing methodologies with innovative techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
Offering support and guidance to patients, caregivers, and families throughout the healthcare journey.
Documenting detailed progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
Motivating and encouraging patients, particularly during challenging phases of their recovery.
Managing patient databases and meticulously updating medical records.
Staying informed about advancements in nursing practices and the broader medical field.
Requirements :
Master's degree in nursing or equivalent.
Specialized experience in specific patient populations or medical conditions may be required.
Possession of a valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
