Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Full-Time + $5,000 for Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise care and services delivered by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions
Assess guest health and promptly inform physicians of any changes
Implement new medical orders without delay
Develop individualized care plans based on thorough assessments
Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests and prevent complications
Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the care planning process
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
CPR certification is a must
