Responsibilities:

Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Full Time Night Shift (12 hour shifts)

Medical Complexity Unit We are a 24 bed medical-surgical unit designed to treat patients who have both an active medical illness, as well as an active psychiatric illness. N3W staff work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
