- Experience in Circulate and Scrub roles - Proficiency in Cardiac and General Surgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics - Skills in vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting
- Work in the Operating Room as a Registered Nurse with scheduled shifts of 3x12-hour days, including weekends.- Orientation provided every other week with 16 hours of non-billable orientation and modules completed prior to start.- Participate in on-call duties, with a 30-minute response time, covering 1 day of call per week and 1-2 weekends per 4-5 week schedule.- Required to work major holidays on emergencies only, covered by call shifts.- Maintain skills in various specialties including Vascular, Orthopedic, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Robotics, and Gynecology.- Proficiency in specific procedures such as AV fistulas/grafts, aortic surgeries/bypasses, total joints, colorectal surgeries, and more.- Responsible for assisting in surgeries, providing patient care, and ensuring proper surgical protocols are followed.- Adhere to vaccination requirements, including mandatory flu shots during the flu season.
