- Experience with EPIC charting within the last year - Basic dysrhythmia training with a self-rating of 3 or above - Cardiac expertise with a self-rating of 3 or above
- Work in an acute care hospital setting - Adhere to a patient ratio of 1:
5, with a possibility of 1:
6-7 - Clinicians may float within the scope of their license to meet facility needs - Must be willing to work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period - No block scheduling or special scheduling requests are accommodated - Holiday time off restrictions apply; no RTO approved the day before, day of, or day after a holiday - Complete 8 hours of orientation and required pre-start modules - Expectations include working with patients diagnosed with altered mental status, CHF, stroke, orthopedic, surgical, DKA, and infections - Must adhere to the facility's zero-fault attendance policy, where any missed scheduled shift counts as unexcused.
Two missed shifts result in a warning, and three or more may lead to cancellation.
