Valid WI License Required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have:
- Experience with ventilators and invasive lines - Experience with titration of multiple medications - Patient care experience in Stroke/Neuro, Post MI, GI Bleeds, Overdose, Renal Failure, and Respiratory Failure
- Provide nursing care in the MICU for critically ill patients - Potential float to Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for patient care and Medical-Surgical departments for 1:
1 observation patients - Complete orientation with 8 hours allocated, including required modules - Comply with mandatory vaccination policies and complete background initiation and laboratory appointments within the required timeframe - Adjust schedule to meet compliance requirements, including laboratory visits for new assignments - Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities during orientation and throughout the assignment
