- Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring- NRP- BLS Must-Have:
- Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring- 2 years of L&D experience
- No holiday time-off request within the first 8 weeks- Every other weekend required- Must work every other holiday- No required call duties, with the option to pick up on-call shifts- Floating required to Post Partum for couplet care and occasionally GYN or Breast Patients- One request for time-off approved will need to be made up at the end of the contract- All requests for time-off will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis- Variable average daily census ranging from 1-5- Facility is a Magnet Certified, short-term acute care institution- Scrubs provided by the facility- Charting system used is Cerner- Flu vaccine required with no exemptions provided- May come into contact with COVID-19 patients- Modules are billable up to 4 hours, with the potential for non-billable additional hours; average 12 hours on modules- Modules to be completed pre-start and possibly during orientation, based on specialty- 28 hours of orientation at 50% non-billable rate
