Must-Have: Experience in ECMO and CRRT


• Work as a Pediatric Critical Care float pool RN in various pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU.
• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week.
• Required to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotation.
• Maintain ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 patients.
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Ability to accommodate block schedule with manager's approval.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Acceptance of first-time travelers if they possess the required experience.
• Flu vaccine is required with medical/religious exemptions only.
• Priority given to candidates with active South Carolina RN license.
• Completion of 16 hours of orientation required.
• Modules participation expected with an average of 4 hours spent on training.
• Must adhere to RTO guideline for auto-offers and be aware of hurricane season responsibilities.
