- Ability to read Remote Telemetry Strips- Compliance with vaccination policy
- Work in a blended Med/Surg and ICU unit.- May be assigned shifts in either ICU or Med/Surg.- Manage 1:
4 or 1:
5 Med/Surg patients, and 1:
2 ICU
Commitment to work every third weekend, and at least one holiday within the contract.- No on-call requirement.- Minimal floating required; if needed, no patient assignment will be given, just to assist within scope.- Orientation includes 8 hours of modules, which are recorded via Kronos.- Complete compliance and lab requirements promptly after signing.- Provide two supervisor references.
