Your Role:
As an

RN

at Chelsea Retirement Community, you'll lead and inspire your team while providing exceptional care. You'll work directly with CNAs, guiding and overseeing their duties while assisting in coordinating nursing services. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
Completing daily documentation, admissions, and discharges.
Assisting supervisory staff and managers as needed.
Providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
Active State of Michigan RN License.
Current CPR certification.
At least one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly population.

$38.59 - $45.73/hr (inclusive of Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through rate, approved through September 30, 2025).
Night Shift Differentials:
