Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
Job Posting:

Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the job requirements and company culture.
Database Management:

Maintain and update the candidate database, tracking the progress of applicants through the recruitment process.
Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate status.
Candidate Engagement:

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:

1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role
