Job Summary
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement efficient testing and troubleshooting methods for all phases of product development and manufacturing. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, create test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. Your planning skills will be essential in determining the equipment needed for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions (TPI) for production.
Train production employees on testing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, performing detailed root-cause analysis.
Prepare and execute complex test and diagnostic programs.
Write and maintain test scripts for automation.
Work on high-end server configurations and integrations.
Develop an overall integration and test strategy, and schedule detailed test plans and scripts.
Design and build test fixtures and specialized testing equipment.
Complete detailed specifications and procedures for new products.
Set parameters and conduct testing for customer samples as required.
Install hardware into racks and manage labeling and cable runs.
Build systems based on provided drawing packages, including the installation of applications and operating systems.
Review test equipment and capacity regularly to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with leadership on complex analysis involving functional areas, divisions, and customers.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
Salary Range:

$70K - $112K per year
