Pre-Sales field support

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled candidate for the position of Pre-Sales Field Support to support our sales team and customers in the field of pressure vessels. This role is crucial for providing technical support and expert advice during the pre-sales phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expert advice to the sales team and customers in the field of pressure vessels.
• Prepare and present technical solutions and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical answers to their questions.
• Prepare technical documentation and materials to support sales.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve products.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar position in technical support or pre-sales support, ideally in the field of pressure vessels.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
