Role Overview:
As a Lead Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects of significant scope and complexity. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractor performance.
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Managing safety, quality, and on-site logistics.
Providing daily progress reports and updates.
Proactively addressing and resolving any on-site challenges.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:

7+ years as a Superintendent managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
Expertise:

Proven success in Ground-Up New Construction and Additions, with a preference for large-scale builds.
Leadership Skills:

A strong track record of leading teams and solving problems effectively.
Technical Proficiency:

Ability to read blueprints and manage crews with precision.
Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication are essential for success in this role.
