The company is at an exciting inflection as we continue to expand our existing brand portfolio and deepen relationships with new and existing customers. Production Assembly II is responsible for multiple roles on the assembly line in Group Ops including mounting insulators to switch bases utilizing an impact driver,
maneuvering product into the Group Ops area using an overhead crane for final assembly, and crating of finished switches before shipment.

Fully Onsite - 3995 Pine Ln SE, Bessemer, AL 35022
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the direction of a group leader.
Continually maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following written and verbal instructions.
Preparing and positioning parts for assembly, ensure each component is fastened together correctly, and check connections logging any discrepancies.
Assembling material components using both hand tools and power tools.
Performing required manufacturing processes while meeting all quality and production.
Complying with Disaster preparedness and Emergency Procedures.
Following ISO type process work instructions and procedures.
Actively complying with company safety policies and procedures.
Ensuring the highest level of process compliance and accuracy are maintained for all products.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
High School diploma/GED required.
2+ years manual metal component assembly experience preferred.
Demonstrated dependable performance with consistent schedule adherence.
Demonstrated willingness to learn additional processes and procedures while executing more complex tasks with precision.
Ability to learn all positions within each assembly line and willingness to assist in all
areas to ensure production targets are met.
Ability to accurately read and utilize tape measures, fabrication blueprints, and assembly documentation.
Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
Ability to work up to 6 days/week with Saturdays being on an as-needed basis.

Royal offers a competitive pay package that includes an hourly wage paid weekly and a production bonus paid monthly totaling $20.00 per hour. $18.00 per hour is paid weekly. The production bonus is paid monthly, and pays a year-to-date average of $2.00 per hour.
