Position Summary :
The Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) Remarketing Analyst, Product Development will be responsible to coordinate Business Process Management efforts, assist in vendor evaluation & management procedures and support all strategic transformation initiatives within the SFS & Stellantis Motors Remarketing organizations. This function is expected to utilize analytical techniques, research, and collaboration to support the execution of tactical improvements and strategic initiatives within the organization. As a part of a maturing organization, curiosity, and operational insights into how businesses function and how to make processes more efficient and effective play a huge role in the growth of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Support in process mapping, process re-engineering and opportunity evaluations
Formulate recommendations and lead execution of suggested changes/improvements
Create and implement tools, standard templates and processes for vendor evaluations
Provide support in managing the relationship with all existing vendors and track performance to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards
Support strategic product initiatives from discovery phase to product launch
Conduct research of trends that impact our industry
Synthesize research insights and communicate findings clearly and concisely
Create high level investment analysis and cost / benefit estimates to support investment decisions
Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Competencies Required

Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in process improvement, project management, corporate strategy or other analytical functions, experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Business or other quantitative fields.
Skills Required:
Advanced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of business transformation / process improvement methodologies.
Experience in project management / project implementation.
Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
Strategic and creative thinking.
Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
Acute attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal presentation skills.
Capable of managing multiple projects, including ability to coordinate and balance numerous tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, meeting deadlines.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities:
Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Atlanta, GA
Qualifications Preferred:
Understanding of auto-finance industry or Auto Remarketing is preferred!

Work Schedule
This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
