About the Role

Are you looking to start your career in procurement and supply chain management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a Procurement Associate, you'll support the efficient acquisition of goods and services essential for maintaining quality and on-time delivery. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory aligns with demand and suppliers perform at high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and release planned purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of items, quantities, pricing, and lead times.
Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple locations by monitoring inventory, identifying trends, and addressing potential material issues with the manager.
Keep open purchase orders updated regularly to reflect accurate, real-time data.
Track supplier shipping confirmations and update ERP systems accordingly.
Assess supplier performance in terms of delivery and quality, identify areas for improvement, and support resolution of issues.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and suppliers, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
0-2 years of professional experience, ideally within procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in basic ERP or supply chain software.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
