The Workplace Investing AI Delivery Engineering Chapter team is seeking a Machine Learning / Gen AI engineer to design, implement and improve technical solutions for AI ML solutions in the healthcare.u00A0

The Expertise and Skills You Bring u00A0
Solid Experience (8+ years) as a Machine Learning engineer building feature engineering pipelines, deploying AI models, and optimizing model inference.u00A0u00A0
Strong programming skills in Python and Java.u00A0
Solid experience with developing python-based APIs needed (FastAPI / Flask).u00A0
Experience in designing and implementing graph data models that capture complex relationships, ensuring efficient querying and traversal.u202Fu00A0
Experience working with security, data, and AI pipeline technologies (RDS/Postgres, Snowflake, Airflow) and infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Ansible, CFT).u00A0u00A0
Demonstrated work experience using AWS services:
Deploy the models in

Sagemaker , cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting.
EC2/EKS compute set-up.u00A0
Experience working with development & deployment tools like Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar, etc.u00A0
Excellent SQL skills required and experience performing deep data analysis on multiple database
Experience working on ML model monitoring, observability and performance testing.u00A0
Experience with working on Gen AI solutions with Large Language Models, LangChain, Llama Index, Prompt Engineering and Fine tuning.u00A0u00A0
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.u00A0

u202FAs the AI Solution Lead, you ll drive cutting-edge solutions across various AI applications, including recommendation systems, healthcare guidance, and information extraction using large language models (LLMs).
