Power BI Lead/Architect

We are seeking a Power BI Lead/Architect with a strong background in User Experience (UX) Design to transform a client's Power BI system into a user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power BI architecture, dashboard design, and UX optimization to solve complex usability challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the client's existing Power BI system to identify user experience issues and inefficiencies.
Design and implement user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
Develop and enforce best practices for Power BI design, ensuring clarity, usability, and functionality.
Provide guidance and technical leadership in Power BI architecture and data visualization.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs and features.
Requirements

Qualifications: Extensive experience in Power BI development, architecture, and dashboard customization.
Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design principles and practices.
Proven ability to solve complex usability issues and deliver user-friendly solutions.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills Experience with data modelling and DAX optimization
Knowledge of modern UX design tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
