Made in the USA, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on most products. The Powder Coater is responsible for coating aluminum castings in a timely manner, safely and with quality control.
This job requires the employee to be able to stand in one place or bend over for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, as well as communicate clearly and build team relationships and supervise staff.
When not coating may assist with prepping, racking and loading, tumbling, etc.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPowder coat aluminum parts.Sort and load parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.Meet time standards with accuracy and efficiency.Meet quality control standards.Follow safety standards, proper use of personal protective equipment.Skills and QualificationsMust be experienced with operation of powder coating booth and equipment.Must be able to maintain a wash system according to permit requirements.Stand on feet for long periods of time.Hand dexterity and use of hand tools.Attention to detail to meet quality standards.Clearly read, write and comprehend English.Perform basic

repetitive tasks.Produce quality work at a fast pace.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

30pm, Monday - Thursday once the facility is operating at full capacity.
