This opportunity is within their Postpartum unit, a 97-bed facility that provides comprehensive care for mothers and their newborns, including couplet care.

The Postpartum Manager RN will oversee the night shift operations of the Postpartum unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient staff management.
This role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including lactation consultants, to provide a positive patient experience.
The Manager will also play a key role in upholding evidence-based practices and maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills :
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license with the ability to obtain a Texas license) 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting 1 year of experience in a supervisory role BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Ability to obtain Specialty Certification within 6 months of hire Preferred Skills :
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), or RNC-OB (Registered Nurse Certified - Obstetrics) certifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in postpartum care and couplet care models Knowledge of relevant regulatory and accreditation standards EEO Statement :
