Must have an active RN license Certifications:
Experience with EPIC charting system required Must-Have:
- Flexibility to float between units and potentially nearby hospitals- Ability to work every other weekend- Availability for on-call shifts as required- Willingness to work three out of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a labor and delivery unit- Float as needed to high acuity antepartum and postpartum units- Maintain an expected staff-to-patient ratio of 1:
1 or 1:
3 couplets- Attend 40 hours of non-billable orientation- Adhere to the hospital's scrub color policy:
any color for general duties, provided scrubs for OR/L&D- Ensure all work complies with hospital guidelines and regulations- Effectively use communication devices provided by the hospital when required
