Join a well-established dental clinic that provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Located in a newly built, modern facility (established in 2021) with 16 operatories, the clinic is dedicated to offering high-quality dental services to its community. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate dentist with a passion for providing patient-focused care.

Position Overview:

As a General Dentist, you'll focus on 'bread and butter' dentistry, handling a variety of procedures with an emphasis on extractions and multi-stage treatment planning. The practice serves a predominantly Medicaid patient base, with a diverse patient population that includes around 40% Latino patients. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required, as interpreters are available on-site.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform procedures, primarily extractions (crowns are not part of the treatment scope)
• Collaborate on multi-stage treatment plans that prioritize comprehensive care
• Work with a support team including 4 hygienists and 5 other dentists

Practice Details:

• Facility: State-of-the-art building with modern operatories, established in 2021
• Patient Base: Predominantly Medicaid, with a focus on community-centered care
• Technology: EPIC for integrated dental and medical records

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Oregon dental license or eligibility for licensure
• 90-100 day credentialing process
• Commitment to patient-centered care
